Conventional wisdom will tell you that it takes at least 21 days to make a habit. I found ( through the prism of the experience of my client ) that really only takes about 14 days of consistent effort to develop a sustainable habit. At first it is important to learn to eat healthier than just something to eat. The vast majority of us know what is healthy and what is not. Nevertheless know what to order grilled chicken with vegetables is superior to chicken wings and fries option.
